7am - Morning meditation
7:30 am - Morning Flow
9:30 am - Breakfast & followed by Intuitive art session 
12:30pm - Cooking demonstration and super long lunch by Chef Mawan
5 pm - Evening Soft Flow (to help you digest)
8:30pm - Game night & refreshments 
10 pm - Yoga Nidra/meditation (about 20 mins)

7am - Morning Meditation

10am long brunch & free time
12:30 pm - photos & closing circle
